[PPRAANet] license look-up

The Archive works, but with two caveats.  First, it is a half year behind.
My call was issued in the Summer of 1957; it first appears in the Callbook
for the Spring of 1958.  Second, the "search within" function didn't work
for me.  I had to target and then expand the page.
