Congratulations to all Field Day adventurers!

As a first-time Field Day participant, I'd like to encourage everyone to try it next summer. The way points are awarded means that even a fairly small number of contacts can contribute usefully to the club score. With lots of participants all over Colorado and the US, even a modest station in your back yard is enough to keep you busy for a couple of hours. Also, it’s not a high pressure “contest” situation so you can be pretty laid back about it.

I procrastinated on joining Field Day for years, but plan to keep it on my calendar going forward. :-)
