[PPRAANet] Power Line Noise in COS

CSU's RFI guy (Bryan Cooper, PE) uses at least 2 different devices for RFI
locating:

Radar Engineers Model 251 (Ultrasonic detector)

Radar Engineers Model M331 (Mini RFI locator)

Theoretically, the M331 is used to locate the correct pole - and the
ultrasonic detector is used to determine which component(s) on the pole is
generating the RFI.

The Radar Engineers website doesn't list prices - but I once asked for a
quote on the M331 - and as I recall . . . it was very pricey.

Anyone interested in minimizing their RFI noise floor can learn a lot by
