According the ARRL Field Day Rules:

8.3.2.1. An attached list of stations worked by band/mode during the 
Field Day period (dupe sheet or an alpha/numeric list sorted by band and 
mode – a Cabrillo log can be submitted in lieu of a Dupe Sheet/Calls 
list by band/mode)
  -- and --
8.6. Complete station logs are NOT required for submission, and ARRL 
does not use the logs.

So I would say no -- just the alpha/numeric list of the stations you 
worked, sorted by band and mode (so they can see if you had any dupes).

Also, there is a manual dupe sheet you can download, complete, and 
submit, accessible at 
http://www.arrl.org/files/file/Field-Day/2019/2018-Field-Day-2-page-dupesheet.pdf

but that looks like a lot of work.

Since I used the N1MM logging software, I'm just submitting the Cabrillo 
file.

Also, since I am not very experienced at this, I ask someone to correct 
me if I'm wrong.
