[PPRAANet] field day info

I am just going to attach a Cabrillo file of the log and let ARRL sort 
it all out.  I hope that the ARRL takes a good look at the rules for 
Field Day and make them a bit easier to follow.  There has been a lot of 
questions about the rules this year and a lot of conflicting answers on 
the internet.  I think a lot of the questions came from folks that were 
going to operate from home but were members of clubs were someone else 
was doing all the set up. This is a good example why clubs that 
participate in Field Day should not have the same person heading up the 
effort every year.
