Subject: [PPRAANet] New WIRES Link on 146.420

There is a new WIRES link to node  '21080' on 146.420.
That transmission clobbers 146.430.
Might be better on 146.415.
10 kHz spacing from 146.420 to 146.430 doesn't allow
a clear channel on 146.300 unless you have a newer  narrow band receiver.
So 146.300 gets clobbered by guys who are not in COS.
Who assigned that frequency?
