"ward"
noun
- a division or district of a city or town, as for administrative or
political purposes.
- one of the districts into which certain English and Scottish boroughs
are divided.
- a division, floor, or room of a hospital for a particular class or
group of patients:
a convalescent ward; a critical ward.
- any of the separate divisions of a prison.

Yes, the LDS uses this term, but has no trademark or copyright on its use.

R2D2 = Colorado ARES Region 2 District 2  (no jocularity was ever intended)

SET = Simulated Emergency Test - frequently used by ARES, especially in
the Fall (September/October). But it is not exclusively an ARES term.
