[PPRAANet] Working WW0WWV

I had a hard time myself from Monument. However tonight I’m actually
running the 40m SSB station at the event and I got several locals in the
0100-0200z time frame. Seemed like a sweet spot this evening. Then the
bottom dropped out, like usual.
