Hello All,

John Birmingham, W2XAB, has issued a second edition of his Amateur Radio 
Guide to Digital Mobil Radio. It is a great resource for both Amateurs 
experienced with or new to DMR. He has updated quite a bit of 
information since the first edition that was issued a few years ago.
