[PPRAANet] Clowns on 146.970 repeaters

     Last night there were 2 clowns asking for radio checks on .970 for 
about 2 hours. They started about 9ish and

were still at it when I went to bed about 11.

They claimed to be just looking for a radio check, NEVER IDing and one 
of the bozo's said he was medic 1 looking

for a radio check. Looks like we'll have to break out the Mini beams and 
track'em down. If you hear them do what

one ham did and ask for a ID first. No ID, no radio check.

  They are bold and brash! They didn't appear to be kids, both seemed to 
be adults. I put my radio into reverse and couldn't

hear them so they aren't in my immediate area. Also KD8EQ was in a qso 
with K0ALS and another ham and they were

trying to interfere with their conversation. I hope that these clowns 
don't try this during a weather event!
