[PPRAANet] Security in Ellicott

Effective immediately, if you are the first person to arrive at our 
trailer in Ellicott (there's no one else out at our station when you 
arrive), you must check in at the fire station (you can either use the 
back or front door).  Also, as previously mentioned, it would be wise to 
have a copy of your amateur-radio license in your vehicle, or on your 
person to prove your authorized out there (you don't need to show this 
when you check in).  There are signs on both sides of the fire house, 
stating that only authorized personal are allowed past that point.  If 
you belong to PPRAA, you are authorized.

28 citations have been issued for trespassing since security was 
increased earlier this year (if I remember correctly).  So far I haven't 
been stopped for a security check.
