[PPRAANet] new arrl publication for newer hams

ARRL announced a new publication, "On the Air", for newer hams. The 
details about this publication are explained on page 57 of December 
QST.  "'On the Air' responds to the brand-new, and not-so brand new 
radio amateur who's seeking answers."  Beginning this month, ARRL 
members will have the option of selecting either "On the Air" or "QST" 
when renewing membership.  New hams can select either magazine when 
joining ARRL.  You must select one or the other -- AFAIK you can't 
receive both.  However, ARRL members may view digital copies of both 
publications on-line, regardless of which printed copy they signed up for.

Publication of "On the Air" magazine will begin in January 2020 -- it is 
published bimonthly, whereas QST is a monthly publication.
