[PPRAANet] TX7T, Marquesas Island, is on the Air

They are not easy to work with the bands being what they are.  I have 
been able to work them 20 meters and 30 meters but there have been a lot 
of spots on the DX cluster but 95% of the spots I hear nothing.

I keep up with all these prefixes with Logger32 which I update the 
country list from Club Log.
