[PPRAANet] Kenwood TS-590SG

My name is Bob N0CTV and I have a Kenwood TS590SG that I need help with. I have out of the HAM hobby for about 20 – 25 years. Now Im back into it. I purchased a 50’ Rohm 25 tower, a Hy-gain TH3JR antenna and a Kenwood TS-590SG transceiver. I am having trouble understanding the proper operation of all the goodies on it. I have the manual, but don’t understand anything about all this new tech. that it has. 

I’m looking for someone with a like radio that could help me understand what all this is. I am 79 YO and don’t have the best eyesight right now  which hinders me in reading the print.
