Larry,

Do they exclude cell phones, WIFI routers, wireless alarm systems, and
garage door openers, etc.? These all use radio transmitters. I am no
lawyer but that was my first thought. If you can't have ham radio then no
one should be able to have any of these if there is no specific exceptions.

Might be an interesting court case!!!

Good luck and 73,
Doug W0MHP

Subject: [PPRAANet] Need advice on where to move

My wife and I have decided to give up the ranch life and move back to
the city and we are currently looking at some houses in the Falcon area.

I have started delving into the restrictions for some of the HOAs and am
becoming quite alarmed with respect to HAM radio. I am fully aware of
the no outside antenna restrictions, but a several of the filings for
Woodman Hills specifically prohibit radio transmitters.

Does anyone out there have any experience with pursuing HAM radio in the
Falcon/Peyton area?

You can contact me directly at the email address below.
