I was planning on activating Pikes Peak on Friday to cap off my SOTA 
Mountain Goat effort (1000 SOTA activator points).

However, the weather forecast is deteriorating as we head into the 
weekend, so we are going for it today.

Joyce/K0JJW and I plan to be on Pikes Peak around 12:30 plus or minus today.

For this one, we will try to stay off of 146.52 MHz and use the Colorado 
14er Event frequency instead: 147.42 MHz

Look for us on _147.42 MHz_, 446.00 MHz and 1294.5 MHz.

I am hoping for a nice pileup as I complete VHF Mountain Goat!
