[PPRAANet] Friend needs help.

I had an eye doctor appt today and my eye dr is a ham.  His name is James Barad, and his call is AA5LR.  During my eye exam, the subject changed to ham radio (naturally).  He asked if I knew anybody who did radio repair.  I told him I would check a few reflectors in the area and possibly might get lucky.  

He has a Kenwood TS-870 that receives fine but won’t transmit.  It belonged to his dad who is now a SK.  

Is there anybody who can give him a name/names of somebody who could help him?  

It would certainly be appreciated.  The radio has a lot of sentimental value and he’d like to get it working.  His main radio is an Icom 7000.
