[PPRAANet] Timeline for call sign license plates

All,
I got my present callsign plates in the summer of 2004, I think.
These have green characters, including the the "slash-zero",on a white
background.
This set was the first time I got the code "SCL" ("Special Call Letters")
on the plates.
In earlier years, on previous cars, my callsign plates were green with
white characters.
