[PPRAANet] Kids on 446.005 MHz

I have been hearing kids all today, 22 Jan. 2019, noon till 9pm on  446.005 MHz.
My bearing from  Bear Creek Park is to the north.
They have not been on for 2 months, but back on today.
Very short transmissions. Most times just 2 Way with low deviation,
 a few times with 'Roger' beeps.
Maybe they were out of school for a snow day.
I measured the exact frequency as 446.005 MHz.

446.005 is a PMR (Personal Mobile Radio) Frequency used in the UK.
So someone on that channel might have gotten  hold of some UK radios.
