[PPRAANet] remote is up and running

Hi all --

I took a trip out to Ellicott this morning.  The remote is now up and 
running again.

Problem was a network issue.  For some reason, the cable connecting our 
network to the router in the firehouse was unplugged.
While I was out there, to try to make the network more reliable, Ed Corn 
connected another switch in the firehouse, between the router and our 
network cable.  We'll see if this makes any difference.
