[PPRAANet] Update to scams

I've had the same problem about 4 years ago.  I just blocked my own 
number on my phone (I can block up to 25 numbers with Xfinity).
I block other numbers with Nomorobo.  There are still ones that get 
through using computer generated phone numbers.
I keep asking my wife, who is Korean, to answer one of the calls in 
Korean, to see what they'd do.
