[PPRAANet] SB Powers closure

This is pretty-much why I won't see you at tonight's meeting
(that is, I work for the power company, and it's been a busy day).
 I was hoping to talk again to a couple of people who were at the
breakfast last week, but I guess I'll just hafta catch up next time.
