[PPRAANet] Re timeline for call sign plates

Thank you to everybody who replied to me question about license plates.

I went to the registry yesterday. They gave me a 60 day temporary registration, and an application form to be mailed in with a copy of my amateur license.

However, I think there are still some glitches in their system, because it is the same form I submitted to them on December 5th, and I have not heard anything.

Plan: submit it again, with the assumption that they will either process it this time, or not process it after finding it is a duplicate.  :-)
