  Wow!  What a great day for our club picnic.   We had outstanding burgers, dogs and brats by Doug and a super variety of potluck dishes.   The weather cooperated and even the wind was moderate.
  RL and Earl put on a demonstration of how to make satellite contacts.  Very interesting!
  The infamous Blue Bunny was front and center for demonstrations of FT-4 and FT-8  digital modes.  Even made a couple contacts.   Thanks, Shel, for letting me use your station for demonstration contacts.  I bet you were wondering what was going on...
  Even got to relay through Glenn and Joe to get the State  Police to respond to a car accident near the park.  People involved couldn't get cell coverage to report, but, as usual, ham radio worked its magic.
  What a wonderful day with friends!
