All,

  It was brought up what to do if you don't want to have the buffet.
  Just bypass the drink/pay station and make a left and proceed to the meeting room.
  Management would rather we all paid for the meal, but I understand that not all want to have the buffet.   If we don't fulfill our agreement to at least utilize half the room, they reserve the right to fill in with other customers.
