[PPRAANet] Update King Soopers Community Rewards Procedures

A few months ago, King Soopers changed its community rewards program.
King Soopers rewards to PPRAA are now linked to SooperCards (reward 
cards), and not the gift cards.
All rewards that PPRAA receives from this program are being applied 
toward our annual scholarship program.

Attached is a link to a presentation explaining the new procedures to 
link your SoopersCard to PPRAA.
Scroll down to view all the slides.  If an image isn't large enough to 
read, click or tap it to make it larger.  Clicking or tapping it again
