[PPRAANet] Fwd: Scanner Frequencies

Glenn one thing to be aware of is a lot of police and fire departments 
are now scrambling their transmissions.  Not sure who in this area are 
scrambling their transmissions maybe someone out there could provide 
better information.  I have also seen another trick they are doing is 
frequency hopping.
