[PPRAANet] Hurricane Net Noise on 146.49

Full scale here in Fountain.  With 6 db attenuation signal drops to S9,  
with 50 db attenuation signal drops to S-0  Antenna is a vertical on 
tower at 40 feet and location is on Fountain Mesa.
