[PPRAANet] Rich Milligan AD0NP Update

Fellow hams, 

It is with a heavy heart that I pass on this update on our former PPRAA club president, Rich Milligan, AD0NP:  

I just received a text from him wherein he said he's been told he has maybe a month left to live, due to the cancer that's in his chest and throat area.  He said it was ok to pass this on to you all.  For those who do so, please keep Rich and his wife, Anet, in your prayers.  A short text of encouragement might not go amiss, either.
