[PPRAANet] Kids on 446.000.

There are 2 kids on 446.000 using HT's with blurp (3  tones)  at end of transmissions.
I don't think I can open their squelch.
I asked them to tell me the name of the street they live on.
No reply.
Probably 4 to 6 year olds.
Must be an FRS radio.
They are on now, Sunday morning, 4 Nov. 2018.
I have heard them many times before.
Probably in north west COS.
They are full quieting when they are on their 2nd floor.
If you can get their address or get a bearing please let me know.
