For those of you who may be unaware, Rick Brown passed away last 
Saturday, June 16.

Although he was not one of the certifying VEs on my first license in '95 
(as was Dave Givan K0IRP), Rick was one of the signers on my 605 & CSCE 
for my 5WPM and Technician w/HF on May 21, 2001.

Rick will certainly be missed.
