[PPRAANet] We've lost a close friend

All,

  I just was notified that our good friend and PPRAA  club member Joe Quintana,  N0ENM, has passed away.
  Joe has been a long time supporter of the club and even though challenged with failing health, has enthusiastically attended club functions and meetings.
  He will also be missed as the go-to guy for programming radios for many of us over the years.
  Further information will be forthcoming from Dave Givens,  K0IRP.
