[PPRAANet] ppraa $1,000 scholarship awarded

Hi all.

It appears that our 2018 PPRAA $1,000 scholarship has been awarded to 
Anna Veal, WØANT.
I received a thank-you card from her today.  I can't send an image of 
the card on the reflector, so here's what she has to say:

"To the members of PPRAA;

Thank-you so much for the scholarship.  I am excited to go to school 
down in Colorado Springs at UCCS and will major in computer science.  
The money that you have provided will certainly help pay for my first 
year of school.  It is amazing how much amateur radio can do.
