[PPRAANet] Amp tubes

I've got a SB-220 that is in need of a new tube. Before I purchase
anything from RFparts, I figured I would ask the list if someone has an
extra. 

Also, along the same lines does anyone have a hipot tester? The one
"bad" tube is arcing with high voltage applied and I'm curious if a
hipot would be able to tell me if it's shorted or just gassy.
