[PPRAANet] Help PPRAA achieve DXCC - DX contest list attached

Mike, that's a worthy goal and should be achievable.  Do the contacts have to be made at the clubs site out East and what call must be used?  Maybe some guidelines can be published via the reflector and in an upcoming Zero Beat.  

BTW, I might add that you're doing a great job with the club.  Thanks.
