[PPRAANet] Colorado QSO party

I arrived at Ellicott about 7 am and started operating 20m from 7:30-8:30. Jim K3ILC got there and started operating CW. He had a great time working pile-ups. Rich AD0NP and replaced the "J" antenna with a Diamond dual band vertical. Larry Olsen and his xyl came out and used their weed eater to clear areas we needed to. Jim KD0KQL and John NG0I came out to supervise the rest of us. Raleigh N4HYF was there and also kept an eye on us "kids". The working party was well attended. I sorted out and removed materials not needed from the shed. I will go out next week and get wire to take to recycle and turn the money in for the scholarship program. I inventoried the donations to being to the board for review. The ramp at the north end of the trailer needs attention. The weather got a bit hot. I was impressed, all 4 officers were present.
