[PPRAANet] RT Systems Programming software for Wouxan KG-UV8E HT

Would anybody happen to have the RT Systems RPS-KGUV8T Software and USB-K4Y Cable for the Wouxan KG-UV8T/8E HT?

I have an FTDI programming cable and the Wouxan programming software, but the software doesn’t allow pasting into from another source document, nor does it allow importing data, rendering it almost useless.

My plan is to use RT Systems’ software to upload one of my Colorado frequencies collections to the radio, then I’ll download it into the Wouxan  software, and modify it from there. Yes, I’m trying to avoid another $49 for a radio that only cost about twice that.
