I have one on my web site:

Which is based on the Rocky Mt Ham Radio codeplug, available here:

Both of these are falling behind but there are still a good start.

Also, I just came across this firmware upgrade, which I just loaded.
Pretty easy to do plus it opens up enough room to hold all of the 
DMR-MARC radio IDs.
