When I got up this morning, I went to that URL to watch the 
proceedings.  I looked at the agenda, and I noticed that agenda item 
number 4 was missing.  I called Senator Gardner's office in Washington, 
DC, and asked about that.  The person I spoke to said that I was correct 
-- she didn't know the reason, but the person bringing that item to the 
session probably yanked it for a later date, because they thought later 
would be a better time, or they wanted to do some more work on it (she 
really didn't know).

The way this is going, I hope it passes in my lifetime.  God only gives 
us so many years hear on Earth.
