Apparently the attachment is causing problems.

This will be at

Centennial Hall Auditorium
200 S. Cascade, Colorado Springs

The flyer says 9:30 to 11:30, but I have been told that due to another issue being discussed Lighthouse will probably not start until 10ish.

Don't know if the attachment will make it, but there is a El Paso Board of County Commissioners work session on the 25th and they will be talking about Lighthouse Prime. Should start around 10 AM, if anyone would like to attend. Lighthouse Prime is Peggy Littleton's concept of using various means to include amateur radio to disseminate information to communities during disasters. It is not RACES and maybe a little bit ARES, but more like a smaller, local version of the NTS.
