Some common sense security tips (IMO):
1. Never reuse a password
2. Do not use Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc authentications if at all
possible
3. Enable 2FA (2 Factor Autentication) everywhere it's offered
4. Use a mobile authenticator that enables at least a pin (not google
authenticator)
5. Purchase a Security key - Look at Yubikey (https://www.yubico.com/why-yu
bico/how-yubikey-works/)
6. Use Random Passwords, combined with something like LastPass (
https://lastpass.com/f?23877192 , it's dirt cheap, well worth 10x mor the
price) to remember them
I carry a USB stick and my Yubikey with me everywhere I go. The USB stick
has 2 partitions:
#1 FAT32 (visbile to windows)
#2 EXT4 (not visible to windows)
I'll take any comments or suggestions anyone has.
