[PPRAANet] remote radio in ellicott

The remote we have in Ellicott is now functional for both transmit and 
receive.
If you have access, feel free to use it, and tell me if you have any 
problems, especially transmitting problems with the remote.
If you don't have access, first of all, you need to be a PPRAA club member.
Then go to http://www.remotehams.com/ for instructions and to download 
the client software.
To use the remote, you need to request approval (by connecting to AF0S 
using the client software, and requesting approval) -- I approve or 
disapprove the requests -- I currently can't do that from my home, so I 
need to go to Ellicott to approve you (sorry). Probably, I will head out 
to help this Saturday.
