I spoke with Ed Corn at the club station and there are things that need to
be done. I suggested a work day for club members (weather permitting) on
May  13th. I will be there between 8:30 and 9 am.

Bury cables and install ground rod at tilt over tower

Review club assets for items to be sold at Megafest

Mount mirror at 857 position to see beam position

Need 25 amp fuses for club stations

Fix Butternut antenna

Re-errect 160m support pole

Repair folded dipole (N/S) mast

Operators to try on headphones to decide which to keep and not to  keep

Install flag pole

Remove unnecessary B-B-Qs

Concrete pad in front of storage building

Discuss training for members to correctly operate club equipment

Discuss future projects and improvements
