[PPRAANet] January PPRAA club program

  Our January program speaker is going to be Norm Black.   He is in charge of assembly of the instrumentation payloads for the Edge of Space Society  (EOSS) high altitude balloon launches.   He will have an informative short video for us to view.  It's an edited clip of a longer video that covers launch to balloon burst.  Pretty dramatic!  Hang onto your chairs!

  Norm recently got his Technician license mainly so he could listen and talk to the balloon launch crews.  All this, and he's also an astronomer.
