If you are, I have a deal for a small number of hams.

The Norcal QRP club kitted a small transceiver, the Norcal 40A 40 meter
code transceiver back in 1993. Next year is the 25th anniversary of the
rig. To celebrate, a number of hams on the groups.io group qrp-tech
(formerly on yahoo groups) are building the rig and there will be QSO
parties for Norcal 40 to Norcal 40 contacts for fun. A ham in India
designed a new through hole circuit board and has made available gerber
files to create the board.

Anyway, to cut to the chase, I have purchased a small quantity of boards
from a VERY inexpensive Chinese fab house and have 4 extra boards for hams
who truly want to build one of these rigs. In addition, I went through the
process of matching a set of crystals for the filter in the rig and can
provide a matched set to go with the board. I'm offering a board and
crystal set for $5.00, plus postage of $3.00 if we can't rendezvous
somewhere here in the Springs.

Chuck Adams, K7QO, has produced some detailed videos on youtube of stage by
stage construction of the Norcal 40A so a search of Norcal 40A and K7QO
will provide hits - he has built this rig with the circuit board as well as
in an ugly "manhattan" style. The groups.io group at
https://groups.io/g/qrp-tech/ has ongoing discussions, files, Bill of
Materials, schematics, docs, etc. that go with the Norcal 40A so this
should be your primary goto spot for answers to questions.

Let me know if you are truly interested in a board/crystal set and I'll let
you know if you are one of the lucky four. If you aren't lucky but are
still strongly interested, I can tell you how to get boards for cheap and I
probably could still provide you with a set of crystals at that point.
