[PPRAANet] Committee to review club By-laws

After elections I will start reviewing the club's by-laws. I would like to have 2 or 3 club members help me. What I'd like to do is have each person look at the by-laws (available on PPRAA website) over at home making recommendations and occasionally meet at a restaurant to compare notes. Once there a consensus is achieved the recommendations would be brought up before the board for comment and recommendations. 


The by-laws are a bit out of date. I will get with Rob Roller N7LV who I believe did the last update and get his recommendations.
