[PPRAANet] w5duu passed away

For those who haven't heard, it was announced on the 2M CO SSB ARES net 
yesterday evening, that Dave, W5DUU, passed away on July 15.
He was residing in Louisiana at the time.

For those of you who didn't know Dave, he had a real nice setup in Black 
Forest.
He was a retired eye surgeon.  And he was one of the nicest people you 
ever wanted to meet.  His wife passed away a few years ago.
