[PPRAANet] W1AW centennial QSL cards

Not sure how the zero area QSL bureau works.

I get my QSLs from the third call area QSL bureau.  Yesterday, I 
received 3 large envelopes from the third call area QSL bureau. These 
contained over 40 W1AW centennial cards.

This may be old news to those using the zero call area bureau, but if 
you haven't received your QSLs yet, and you signed up on the ARRL web 
site to receive them through the bureau, they should be on their way.
