Two seats on the Board of Directors will be up for election at the meeting.  We will be voting on those two seats at the meeting.  Here are the current members of the Board of Directors and their term expiration dates:

The seats held by Mike Palmer and Stephen Mitchell are up for re-election and both have indicated that they would be available for another term.  Skip Juhasz was appointed by the board to complete the term of Pam Scott who resigned this year.  Welcome Skip.

We will also discuss the status of the sites including:
    * Installation of emergency back up power on Fremont Peak
    * Replacement of the 147.345 and 146.76 antennas on Cheyenne Mountain
    * Installation of the 1200 MHz D-STAR antenna on Cheyenne Mountain
    * Moving the UPS on Cheyenne Mountain
    * Installation of the Badger Mtn VHF and UHF repeaters
