[PPRAANet] Special event name error. Event still on for April 9th

I just looked up the POW day and it was changed to September but was  
originally on April 9th.
 
On April 9th, 1942 allied forces surrendered on the Bataan peninsula and  
that will be the theme for April 9th special event at Ellicott.
